Tips and tricks to master Valorant agent Deadlock’s abilities

The two tactically important abilities of Deadlock are the GravNet grenade and Sonic Sensor. GravNet forces the enemy to crouch and walk for 6 seconds, whereas Sonic Sensor stuns the enemy walking past it for 4 seconds. Her Barrier Mesh ability creates an X-shaped wall from the center of origin. This ability lasts for 30 seconds and will be quite useful for blocking pushes and defusing attempts. Her abilities are great for players using Sentinel-type agents, as each of her abilities hinders the quick push of enemies to any site.

However, these abilities are not completely invincible. The barrier mesh is easily escapable by players using Sage. They can create a Sage wall to boost themselves over this barrier and get to the desired point quickly. And her ult, which almost guarantees a kill, takes seven points to get ready. Furthermore, her ult takes time of 1-2 seconds to activate, giving the enemy enough reaction time to dodge it. However, for players caught in her ult ability Annihilation in a 1v1, there is no escaping it then.

The agent will be available to play from June 27 after the arrival of Episode 7 in Valorant.
