Ferrari have chosen to go last in revealing their challenger for 2021, the SF21. The Italian team have opted for an interesting strategy in terms of car and driver launch.
Instead of going the conventional way, they opted to split the presentation of their driver lineup and car launch on two separate days. The team already unveiled their driver lineup on February 26, when new driver Carlos Sainz was officially revealed to fans.
So, without further ado, let’s have a look at the few important details for round 2 of Ferrari’s launch.

When and where will the Ferrari car, the SF21 be launched?
The new car for Ferrari will be revealed on March 10 at 14:00 CET/13:00 GMT/18:30 IST. They will launch the SF21 at their headquarters in Maranello.

Can they improve enough to get back into the top 3?
Ferrari will be looking to leave their nightmare of a season in their rear-view mirrors; a team that was a constant presence at the front of the grid was suddenly fighting with the backmarkers for track position.
Due to a non-responsive power unit and poor chassis design, they managed to finish sixth, marginally ahead of AlphaTauri, Alfa Romeo, Haas, and Williams.

This would have been unacceptable to the Prancing Horse top bosses, and thus, they have looked to rectify the wrongs of that 2020 season by changing their driver lineup. The Italian team have brought in Spanish matador Carlos Sainz to help them become competitive in the Constructor’s Championship once again.
They have also apparently solved the problems which plagued them concerning the power unit. However, until the car is on the track in pre-season testing, no one can really be sure how much they have improved.
