Sebastian Vettel has moved from Ferrari to Aston Martin after a devastating 2020 campaign. The German had his first official outing with the luxury British racing company last weekend. Much to their disappointment, it was not the most ideal start for the new pairing.

Vettel had the worst lap time and the fewest kilometers at the pre-season testing. Aston Martin’s car had issues creeping up periodically. However, Gerhard Berger, former F1 driver, believes Seb can get back to winning races once again in an Aston Martin.

“The resources and the means [at Aston Martin] will not be sufficient to go on course for the World Championship. Whether you can ever win a race. I think so!

“Last year the team also won a race, and with Sebastian Vettel as a driver they might have had the chance to come close to victory more often. All in all, I think Sebastian can make a good impression there. We’ll see how good the team really is,” said the Austrian driver.
