Recalling his experience from the Broncos match, in which he now owns a stake, Lewis, as quoted by Motorsport.com, said, “That experience was incredible, to just be in that huge arena. Firstly, the stadium is amazing but just to see a different group of fans – all with the similarities of the fans that we have here, just passionate about their team, right on the edge of their seats for every single play.”

Certainly, the fans must not have left any stone unturned to impress the team’s new owner. The Briton was extremely impressed with the atmosphere as he discussed the intricacies of the game with the team’s coach. He is passionate about the sport. Hamilton previously went to Super Bowls and hung out with NFL stars such as Tom Brady and Russell Wilson.

Given that the NFL is a money-printing machine, with each team worth $4.47 billion on average, 28% more than just a year ago, as quoted by Forbes, one might think Lewis is in it for the money. But he says otherwise. As quoted by Motorsport NextGen Auto, he said, “Mellody Hobson called me to tell me that she had an incredible opportunity and that I would like to be part of it, and I jumped at the chance. There is a real lack of black owners, and I constantly press for diversity. There is a lot of work to be done and I am really proud to be part of it.”
