While many fans of the sport have all but lost hope in Vettel, his new boss feels differently.
“He knows how to win World Championships. I am sure we will learn lots from him, which is why we have hired him. We will give him the support structure he needs in order to feel comfortable in the team and start performing at the levels we know he is capable of,” said the team boss, Otmar Szafnauer about Vettel.
The German has conquered four world championships with Red Bull. He moved to Ferrari to live his dream of winning a championship with the Maranello team but failed to deliver. Vettel fans are eagerly waiting for his return to the top.
