Red Bull advisor Helmut Marko spoke about the Austrian team’s future in an interview. With the passing of the Red Bull boss, Dietrich Mateschitz, fans were afraid of having Red Bull step away from the sport after a tremendous year with Max Verstappen.

Marko assured the fans that there wasn’t a reason to worry, since Red Bull is very much here to stay. He reiterates that the Austrian team has big goals and still has a lot of titles that they’d desire to acquire. Being the hard-working team that they’ve always been, Marko stated that they’d keep trying, indeed.

In an interview with Sport Bild magazine, Helmut shared, “Our success speaks for itself. We are far from finished with our mission. We want to win more races and titles.”

“Our biggest plus has always been that we have many bright minds who don’t need a meeting with the supervisory board before anything can be initiated,” he continued.

However, going into the next season of 2023, Marko knows that the team is not bulletproof and believes, the Silver Arrows would pose a big threat to them.

Helmut Marko touched on the subject of the budget cost cap penalty that the Austrian team would face the next season. He believes that with the restricted aero testing time, Red Bull will be at a disadvantage next year.
