In a recent post by a fan account, we could see the two trying to do impressions. Funnily, they gave Aussie star Daniel Ricciardo the challenge of flirting with Norris in the voice of Shrek.

Ricciardo and Lando Norris are a much loved pairing on the grid. While the famous DTS series showed them struggling through an uneasy relationship, it might not be true now. From their first season together, the two have come a long way.

A new beginning to Daniel Ricciardo and Lando Norris?

Now, if you’ve watched Shrek, you just knew Daniel was going to sound hilarious. The ‘Honey Badger’ is infamous for his funny antics and cheerful personality. In a bid to flirt with Lando, Daniel wore ‘the’ Scottish accent. “I’m not an ogre, I’m actually really beautiful” were Ricciardo’s first words as both he and Norris struggled not to laugh.

The Australian then went on to unexpectedly touch Norris’s shirt. This resulted in a hilarious moment as it left the Britisher dumbfounded and he asked, “Is that what you do to women when you flirt with them?”. This was surely hilarious to watch. The two men, clad in the papaya hoodies, left the team in splits.

This will come as a treat to the fans who were worried about their equation. Initially, the F1 fraternity burst into excitement when Ricciardo was announced as Norris’ partner. However, things have not turned out the way as the fans had expected. They could never get over Lando and Carlos Sainz’s former chemistry, while Norris and Ricciardo struggled to get along as well.

The 22-year -old has also previously claimed that he and Sainz shared more similar interests. It was very easy to understand that Norris was way closer to Sainz than he is to Ricciardo.
