2020 is witnessing a lot of game releases. Well, one couldn’t be happier with that news given the ongoing world pandemic. Devolver Digital jumped into that list with their own title; Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout. The game released the last day on August 4, 2020, however, it did receive some backlash on Steam some hours later.

We're currently being review-bombed on Steam… ☹️
We're working really hard to get running smoothly for SO MANY players!
We know it's super frustrating, but if you could hold off from negatively reviewing – Until you get chance to play the game, it would really help us out ♥️

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is a multiplayer video game that was announced back in 2019. The game heavily draws inspiration from the likes of Takeshi’s Castle, Wipeout and Ninja Warrior. All these shows still rank among all-time favorites for many. So, when a game inspired by those very shows drop, fans are bound to be excited.

In the game, 60 players go on to overcome challenges and obstacles in order to grab the crown to become the winner. The end goal of the game falls in line with many other Battle Royales that already exist.
The game has in fact garnered such fame that close to half a million people have been watching Fall Guys on Twitch as confirmed by Devolver Digital.

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout – players complaining on Steam
Players faced some servers and no one is a big fan of not being able to play. The team at Fall Guys had to ask players to be patient as they are trying their best to accommodate the space for everyone to play. Players started off posting negative reviews on Steam and the developers had to come out in open to address the issue.

Being a new game that released just a day back, it might take the developers some time to sort everything. However, fans aren’t happy, and fixing the issues might be the only way to deal with the situation.
This didn’t stop the developers from taking things on a fun note as well. One player reviewed saying he hates ‘wombats’ in the game; which we assume is a typo for combat. Fall Guys replied stating there is neither combat or wombat in their game.

Furthermore, Dying Light on Twitter came out on a funny note as well. They replied to Fall Guys tweet with a Steam review of a player that hoped the game to be similar to Dying Light. Things do seem bizarre over at Steam.

Nonetheless, the game is reportedly massive fun. And if you haven’t tried it out yet, don’t wait any further. Go ahead, try the game and let us know your thoughts.
