Brooks Koepka has a vibrant and a bit of a confrontational personality that often attracts attention. His feud with Bryson DeChambeau and the whole deal with the heckling episodes became a huge talking point a few years ago. After his move to LIV Golf, however, there have probably been many distractions that have kept Koepka busy.

The two-time LIV winner hasn’t been involved in anything “saucy” of late and has kept rather a low profile. However, it seems like he has now remedied that. With just a couple days left for the LIV Florida event, Koepka has decided to distract himself a bit. And in doing so, he’s caught up with an old acquaintance—Jake Paul!

Brooks Koepka dropped a picture today on his Instagram story that has amplified his fans’ excitement within minutes. He shared a click of him talking to the hosts of the podcast, ‘BS with Jake Paul.’ Jake Paul and Koepka have a connection from before, back in 2021, when he issued him a bizarre challenge that even involved the 5-time major winner’s old rival, Dechambeau. And hence, this could mean many things about what is about to come!

Jake Paul, the internet personality who’s found himself involved in combat sports and now has a significant fan following for himself, The boxer is known for controversial content choices sometimes, and fans recognize him by his trademark pointy beard. His podcast touches on sports betting a lot, and he promotes a certain betting application as well. Does this mean Koepka has thoughts on how betting is influencing golf? After all, gambling in the golf world has been a rampant hot topic of late!

The 2021 challenge: Koepka and DeChambeau talked about getting in the ring

In November 2021, Brooks Koepka and Bryson DeChambeau had a 12-hole match as part of their feud. Their rivalry was at its peak during that time. This match was a huge talking point. During the pre-event press conference, a journalist asked the two of them a legendary question.

The duo had to accept or reject a potential boxing match with combat sports fighter Jake Paul. While DeChambeau eagerly accepted the offer, Koepka had to give it some thought. Then he said it might happen if a lot of money is involved. The scientist, too, was in consensus with that. And perhaps with the way boxing has grown since, now they’re ready to pay out the heavy sums in question?
