This second major of the year will be a return to Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville, Kentucky, for the fourth time. The last time it was played at Valhalla was in 2014, and Rory McIlroy won. He will be aiming to end his major drought of a decade, and the defending champion would be looking forward to getting his fourth win to get included in the list of elite golfers such as Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods.

Star golfers that you need to look out for this coming weekend

After his stellar victory last year, Brooks Koepka is trying to get another back-to-back win at the PGA Championship, just like he did in 2018 and 2019. He recently won for the fourth time in the Saudi-funded league and is coming in hot with the winning spirits. Players like Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy would also be gracing the greens that too in full swing. Scheffler would certainly be one of the more fierce opponents, as he just won the Masters, and has been on a roll this season with 3 other wins.

However, Rory Mcllroy cannot be neglected either. With two PGA championships to his name, he is coming in hot again after his recent win at the Wells Fargo Championship with the final score of 17-under. Another golfer you might not want to miss is Jordan Spieth. The former world number one in OWGR, Spieth, had won three majors and came as close as T2 at the PGA Championship in 2015. Although he is currently out of form, he might be looking for redemption! Who are you rooting for in this major? Let us know in the comments below!
