‘I Get Nothing’: Jon Rahm Makes a Startling Revelation About Tiger Woods Hinting at Partiality

Learning and picking up a few things from the sport’s best players is unique. On top of that, being able to pick up a few pieces of advice from probably golf’s most extraordinary of all-time, Tiger Woods, is not everyone can achieve. Moreover, Jon Rahm recently revealed the only golf professional who receives advice from Woods in the current Masters field.

Tiger and Justin Thomas have always shared a special bond. Both the professionals have played various tournaments together and enjoy each other’s company. Moreover, Rahm even spoke about the same in his interview at Augusta National on Tuesday.

The former Word Number One spoke about how Thomas is the only professional in this week’s Masters field who gets to hear advice from Woods. He even talked about how Woods did not give Jon any piece of advice in two instances.

Rahm spoke about JT and Tiger when asked if ever Woods spoke to Rahm about the advice Seve gave to Woods. To which the Spaniard had an amusing reply.

Rahm said, “I think there’s only one man in this field that hears advice from Tiger because I’ve asked before and I get nothing. I’ve asked him before I remember asking him at Eastlake the year he won before when the putting green in the practice went like hey man, any tips for Bermuda this and that and he turned around and just said it’s all about feel and just kept going. And I was like cool thank you”

He added, “So yeah, I’ve Yeah, I asked him at Albany once about chipping into the grain. So I just gotta be shallow. I’m like okay, right. Meanwhile, I turned around and JT is there with him. He’s getting that whole dissertation on what to do.”

Has Jon Rahm won any major championship?

Rahm won the 2021 US Open at Torrey Pines North and South Golf Course. Moreover, he won his maiden major championship title with an overall score of six-under-par. As a result, he won with a one-shot cushion after the final round. Jon carded a final round of four-under-par, 67 on Sunday at a challenging course. Moreover, his final round included three birdies and one bogey on the front nine. As a result, he moved out in two-under-par, 33. He made two more birdies and all pars on the back nine to win the event.

Louis Oosthuizen finished as the runner-up to Rahm. He ended the event with an overall score of five-under-par. As a result, Louis came just one stroke shy of Jon. Harris English had to settle for a solo third position. English ended his US Open attempt with an overall score of three-under-par.
