World No. 6 Max Homa is well-known in the golf community as much for his social media antics as he is for his on-course heroics. An extremely funny and quick-witted person, Homa often takes to Twitter to make fans laugh! And just hours ago, he did the same once more.
This time, however, it was the 32-year-old’s wife who fell prey to one of his iconic jokes. After Homa’s tweet involving his wife, Lacey, came to light, fans couldn’t help but come up with their own unique reactions!

Max Homa is not only one of the most recognizable faces in golf at the moment, but he is also a big family man. In fact, the golfer often takes to social media to shower love on his wife, Lacey, and their son, Cam. On Monday, Homa once again gave fans an insight into his personal life, but in the most amusing way possible!

Almost three years after getting married, Max Homa and his wife welcomed their son, Cam Andrew Homa, in April 2022. After winning the Farmers Insurance Open earlier this year, the golfer even opened up about the struggles faced by his wife during childbirth. His deep love for his family came to light once again earlier this month when he shared a heartfelt message for Lacey on the occasion of Mother’s Day!

So, what special gift did he have planned for his wife on Mother’s Day? “I’m treating them to a flight to Rochester, NY today! It’s like breakfast in bed but instead of that we’re in the sky and there’s no bed and we’re with a bunch of strangers, just how she always imagined this day would go,” he shared on Twitter. Coincidentally, the occasion fell just a few days before the 2023 PGA Championship in Oak Hill at Rochester, which was the reason behind their small-scale celebration.
