Sir Nick Faldo has been an incredible golf commentator. However, as the saying goes, ‘all good things must come to an end,’ he is also retiring from the position. Although his decision has made the golf world dejected, the fans are excited about his plans for the future he revealed in a recent video.
Sir Faldo began his career as a professional golfer. He has won more than 70 tournaments, including 6 majors. Along with his successful golfing career, the English golfer began working as a commentator for ABC Sports in 2005.

Later, CBS Sports and Golf Channel appointed him as the lead analyst for PGA Tour live coverages. Nevertheless, he has decided it is time for him to retire from full-time commentatory. He will retire from the position in the first week of August, his last tournament being the Wyndham Championship.
Sir Nick Faldo revealed a glimpse of his retired life!
In a video uploaded on his social media, Sir Faldo has acknowledged the golf community for appreciating his time as a golf commentator. He has also revealed his upcoming schedules and plans in the video.

“We’re heading to Montana,” the English golfer said in the video. “Lindsay (his wife) and I’ve got a really great project. We’re gonna build ourselves a farm,” he added.

According to Sir Faldo, the couple has been thinking about building a farm since the global pandemic hit. “And now, we’re going to do it,” he stated. Notably, the 6-time major champion and his wife have three adorable dogs, and he wants them to be happy.

Sir Nick Faldo has been an active entity in the golf world for a long time. Although the viewers enjoy watching him, he has decided it is time for him to take some time away from golf and concentrate on new projects.
