A rare husband-wife partnership at the Hero Women’s Indian Open

Gaurika Bishnoi’s return after a two-year hiatus to focus on her motherhood is already an interesting storyline heading into the Hero Women’s Indian Open. She has won the event twice in 2017 and 2019. Since then, Bishnoi has posted multiple strong finishes, hinting at a comeback. To add to her support, a familiar face will be walking the fairways beside her this year.

Aaron Rai, a PGA Tour professional and Gaurika’s husband, will be caddying for her amidst his own hectic PGA schedule. This sight could add an emotional angle to her long-awaited return.
