To date, Alex Rodriguez has not confirmed whether he had an affair with Madonna during his marriage. However, per People.com, Cynthia blamed A-Rod for his romance with pop star Madonna.

A close aid of Cynthia confirmed to people.com that Cynthia left A-Rod. And a wife with two young children had no option other than separating her life from the then-Yankees slugger for his alleged affair with Madonna.

“Cynthia has left Alex,” the report said. “Let’s see if she goes for the divorce. He did make her sign a prenup. Cynthia is a strong person. But a wife with two young children can only take so much.”
