The sports world has many traditions that have taken a life of their own over the years. The NBA’s Miami Heat, especially, have a few fan-favorite customs that even other sports fans are familiar with. And since it’s playoffs time, the recent match-up between Miami Heat and New York Knicks saw everyone decked out in white. Miami Arena was full of spectators in the milky color, one of which included former MLB icon, Alex Rodriguez.

A-Rod is no stranger to the hard court since he attends games for a team he has part ownership of, the Minnesota Timberwolves. Currently dating fitness expert Jaclyn Cordeiro, A-Rod can be usually spotted at basketball games with her. His daughters, Natasha and Ella, also join him at the court sometimes. For yesterday’s playoff game, the whole family enjoyed the Heat’s 105-86 win over the Knicks. It was a tense game, no doubt, but the Miami team retained their home-court advantage.
