New York Yankees captain Aaron Judge has been a star player for the Bronx Bombers ever since his MLB debut in 2016. He has since got awarded various accolades for his over-the-top play wearing the Pinstripes. But the reigning AL MVP has always wanted to keep his life private even more than the former captain, Derek Jeter. 

Therefore, when in 2020, his then-girlfriend Samantha Bracksieck had gotten herself arrested on a DUI case, it was indeed a gut punch for All Rise. Hearing that not only did his girlfriend got arrested, but on top of it, also used his name while talking to the cops couldn’t have helped either. Although Judge did not comment on the case, Bracksieck’s former professor, Dr. Mark Baldis, took it upon himself to clear the air on how good of a person she is.

What did the professor say about Samantha and Aaron Judge?

For those unversed, Judge and Bracksieck have been on and off since high school. After graduating, she followed Judge to nearby Fresno State University in 2011. Having been good at studies and played varsity soccer and basketball in high school, Bracksieck dropping her boyfriend’s name in her arrest multiple times had come as a shock to her former professor.

While talking to the NY post, he said, “She’s very bright. Knowing Sam all these years, she is not one to drop his name. he can get nervous. Knowing Sam, she wasn’t trying to get out of anything. I am willing to bet she’s just devastated over it. She’s a humble kid.”

However, the couple has now been married for more than a year. And they have evidently put this whole chapter behind them and trying to live their lives as peacefully as possible. 

When did Judge and Bracksieck got married?

In a similar fashion of wanting to keep his life private, Aaron Judge got married privately in Hawaii in December 2021. But the rumors of his marriage started getting around when a few of the Pinstripers got clicked together in Hawaii. As they probably were present there to attend his wedding.
