Among the many things Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is, he is most equivocally, a New York Yankees hater.
Time and again, Vladdy Jr. has made his dislike for the New York Yankees clear, but contrary to that, 2004 AL MVP, his father, Vladimir Guerrero, who retired from the Big Leagues with nine All-Star appearances, and eight Silver Slugger awards has some different, and more rational advice for the young 24-year-old two-time All-Star.

Vladdy Jr. has started 2023 off pretty well. He’s smashed seven homers, with 51 hits at 0.293 and 27 runs batted in. But Vladdy, and the Blue Jays, who are at number four in AL East, still have a very long way to go in this season.
