UFC President Dana White is a shrewd investor. He hasn’t stepped a foot wrong since his ascension to the top of the MMA world. Although he may have taken some harsh calls to excel in his career, there would hardly be any cases of him being putting faith in someone without it yielding any benefits.
Well, there seems to be one case, though. Recently, the UFC supremo appeared in an interview on the first episode of ‘Full Send Podcast’ in the war room of UFC headquarters. The ace entrepreneur talked about various stuff like Donald Trump, Paul brothers, his views on media, etc.

During these discussions, there was also a topic about placing bets. While the hosts, Kyle and Bob, explained their betting history, the UFC supremo too shared a betting incident, where he placed he placed a huge chunk of money on someone but had to return empty-handed.
“A million dollars,” White said when asked about the biggest sports bet he ever made. “Remember Jermain Taylor? The boxer? Good looking f*cking kid came up through the Olympics and actually married the volleyball player.”

“He fought that white kid from f*cking… Cleveland. I thought Jermain Taylor was going to f*cking kill him. (Instead of that) Jermain Taylor got destroyed… I was in Cabo (Mexico)…it f*cking ruined my whole trip,” he explained.
Well, it’s hard to believe that Dana White places a bet, and it doesn’t pay him back.
Dana White won’t force his fighters to take the vaccine
Although the Covid-19 pandemic started more than a year ago, it still hasn’t gone off completely. People have taken vaccines as a remedy to fight off the deadly virus. Just like any other place around the world, the world of UFC has also seen many of its staff and fighters getting infected with the virus.
Recently, in the greatest UFC woman fighter, Amanda Nunes had to bow out of her title defense against Julianna Pena at UFC 265. Despite the ongoing situation, the UFC boss doesn’t want to force someone to take the vaccine against their wishes.

“I would never tell another human being what to do with their body,” White said in an interview. “If you want to get vaccinated, that’s up to you. That’s your choice. You’re never going to hear me say I’m going to force people to get vaccinated. Never gonna happen (via MMA Fighting).”
