With the Daytona 500 marking the Cup Series season start, NASCAR fans will soon get to see their favorite drivers on the course. With pre-season interviews and podcasts creating a buzz, Bubba Wallace’s spotter Freddie Kraft too made an appearance on one of them. And he had some great advice for Noah Gragson and Alex Bowman to up their game this year.

The duo, Brett Griffin and Freddie Kraft are back with yet another episode on Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s Dirty Mo Media channel on YouTube. They visited the studio to announce the upcoming Door Bumper Clear season, discuss the Las Vegas Dirty Mo Ultimate Experience, and express their views on all the recent NASCAR off-season news.

The mind-blowing live podcast also had a lot of fans participating in it a few days back. Fans certainly love their raw and unvarnished viewpoints on everything NASCAR.

Noah Gragson needs to get better finishes

During the discussion, Kraft got into a conversation about Noah Gragson driving the No. 42 Chevrolet Camaro for Legacy Motor Club. In his opinion, Gragson has taken a giant step forward and made big changes to combat different teams.

He sees No. 42 in the top ten but feels Gragson needs to level up to make it to the end of the race in the Cup Series this year. Appreciating the Legacy MC driver for his performance last year, he also pointed out his mistakes on the tracks like getting into the fence or on the pit road leading to damage.

He said, “So you know to get those top tens you know how hard it is like you’ve got to be flawless all day long because you’re beating 20 of the best teams out there to get that top ten. So Noah’s got it like on the driver’s side of those things.”

He added, “Noah has to clean some stuff up and make sure he’s there at the end of these races to put himself in position to get these better finishes.”

Driving the No. 48 Chevrolet Camaro for Hendrick Motorsports, Bowman will also need to up his game. But Kraft still thinks that Bowman can look forward to a big season for himself.

Unsure of Bowman’s contract, he said, “Alex definitely has to step it up I think this is you know potentially I’m not sure what his contract details are this could be a contract here for him I think so if he’s trying to get resigned and stay in that 48 car he’s got to have a big year.”
