Following a rather decent Cup Series campaign in 2023, former Kaulig Racing driver, Justin Haley made a switch from Chevrolet to Ford as he gears up for the upcoming 2024 season. Haley is all set to pilot Rick Ware Racing’s #51 Darkhorse. The young 24-year-old finished 26th last season, held up well against the overwhelming show put on by Shane Van Gisbergen but in the end, succumbed to his relentless pressure and finished second in NASCAR’s inaugural street race at Chicago.

Now, siding with RWR, Haley is looking to effectively maximize his assault, looking to best his previous season’s performance. The 24-year-old mere days before the pre-season exhibition race at the Coliseum landed Walmart’s sponsorship and revealed his new drool-worthy livery, getting the fandom into a frenzy – “Looks Beautiful, LET’S GO!!”

Unlike many veterans of the sport, Justin Haley has found himself a great ride and the right footing in NASCAR’s elite division -the Cup Series. While seasoned drivers like JJ Yeley have found themselves down the barrel, finishing the season at the bottom despite being in it for quite some time, the young gun has picked himself up by finishing 26th in the rankings with six top-10s, one top-5 all while leading a total of 24 laps.

More importantly, the youngster has picked up a Cup Series win in 2019 and promises more in the coming future and that is the major factor that contributes to his sponsorship ties. Quite recently, Haley revealed his new sponsor, @Walmart Health & Wellness, unveiling his #51 Ford glowing in Walmart’s new livery with a shining golden alloy.

” Can’t wait to get it on track in LA,” wrote the driver who shared the image of the car on his social media which eventually got the fandom into a frenzy with many fans drooling over the incredibly good-looking racecar. He wrote, The @Walmart Health & Wellness RWR Ford Darkhorse looks fast! Can’t wait to get it on track in LA with @FordPerformance & @RickWareRacing!”

Haley has a multiyear deal with RWR, driving the #51 Ford Mustang. It will be the first time Haley has driven something other than a Chevrolet in the NASCAR Cup Series and 2024 will be the first season where the driver will pilot a Ford to get it into the victory lane. While his first Cup Series win was with another Chevy camp at Spire Motorsports in 2019, Haley is looking to switch sides and get into a Ford after his long admiration for the manufacturer. And as soon as he got the opportunity, the driver seemed to be going all in.
