LeBron James capitalizes on Paul George’s mistake

In the latest episode of Podcast P, Paul George was asked about how he felt after getting dunked over by the Akron Hammer. To describe his situation, he used an old saying “What starts f***ed up, usually ends f***ed up.” George then narrates the situation of how he messed up the play when AD deflected the ball due to which LeBron James got it and went full speed down the court. He explained, “Usually Bron gives it up to get it back, right? So I see he’s not giving it up. So, my next train of thought is like let me try to pick him up a little earlier. But at the same time, it’s like ‘I gotta get ready to absorb the contact too’.

George further added that despite his attempts to retrieve the ball back, he was just not able to do so. As he was stuck in that head space, LeBron took advantage of that and made the most. LeBron James‘ dunk not only energized the spectators, but it also acted as an encouraging factor for the Lakers, pushing them to end a four-game losing streak. James led the charge in a critical victory over their local rivals with Anthony Davis, who had a double-double with 22 points and 10 rebounds. The 19-time All-Star’s dunk over Paul George has not only made it onto the season’s highlight reels, but it has also become a symbol of the Lakers’ persistence.
