However, this season not many of the big names have come up in discussions. Despite that, certain NBA executives want to see the Dallas Mavericks add a volume scorer besides Luka Doncic. Notably, he is arguably one of the most lethal inside scorers currently residing with the struggling Chicago Bulls.

The Mavericks’ season has much depended on the back of their 23-year-old MVP frontrunner. Doncic is doing wonders on the floor exhausting himself almost every night. Davies was one who pushed Dallas to use their hefty contracts to add another superstar to the roster. He believes the departure of Jalen Brunson to the New York Knicks in the offseason has added an additional load on Doncic. Davies feels he could benefit from a ball handler or a good shooter around him. Likewise, he wants them to stars such as DeRozan, D’Angelo Russell, or even Terry Rozier.

The Chicago Bulls are stuck in a complicated position this season despite DeRozan leading the charge averaging 26.1 points.
