The Milwaukee Bucks’ exit from the postseason was a shocker for many. It is not every day that we see a top-seeded team get knocked out by an eighth-seed. Against the predictions of several pundits, the Miami Heat did the unthinkable. The loss was particularly more taxing on the Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo, as he faced the wrath of fans and experts alike. A week later, he is yet again being trolled, although this time it is due to his “rookie” look.

After a stinging loss to the Heat in the first round of playoffs, Antetokounmpo was criticized, trolled, and had to go through several public assessments. As a superstar of the game, the 28-year-old is no stranger to criticism and trolling. However, the reason for which he is being trolled this time, may not be on his list of regulars.

Of those 98 points, a record-breaking 56 points came from game 4 alone. In the following matchup, Butler again took the charge with 42 points, bringing the Bucks’ season run to an abrupt end. After the crushing defeat, Antetokounmpo appeared for the press conference where he questioned the general idea that this season was a failure for them. He asked the media personnel if they consider Michael Jordan’s 9 out of 15 seasons failures because he only won six championships. What followed was a series of reality checks and trolling from industry experts, fans, and veterans.
