It is unlike the defending champions to lose to a team like the Detroit Pistons, who have shown no signs of being alive this season. LeBron James makes history again
While the Lakers have moved down to the third position in the West, with the 14-6 record, the Detroit Pistons improved their record to 5-14 in the East. Although Detroit is one of the worst teams in the league right now, the Lakers were no match for Blake Griffin’s incredible performance.

The Pistons took full advantage of Anthony Davis‘ absence, who sat out because of a quad injury. Even though Davis isn’t in the best form right now, he is still the team’s second-best scorer and essential rim protector. However, LeBron James should have been enough for a team like Detroit along with a star-studded roster that includes Kyle Kuzma, Dennis Schroder, Marc Gasol, Kentavious Caldwell Pope.
