Michael Jordan and LeBron James have battled for basketball supremacy for many years now. Although they never got to compete against one another, they are two of the most swashbuckling athletes of their times. Jordan, who evolved into one of the best the game has seen, won 6 NBA championships. At that time, nobody anticipated another player of MJ’s level to come around. That was until the great LeBron James burst into the league. Winning 4 titles with his three franchises, the 36-year-old is hellbent on expanding his legacy.
The Lakers #6 is one of the most deadly forwards that the game has seen. Initially playing for the Cavaliers, the 17-time All-star made a name for himself at Cleveland. With so many ups and downs, James has worked his way to earning four coveted trophies in eighteen years. And he is showing no signs of stopping. In LA’s opening night loss to the Warriors, LeBron outshone everyone with a magnificent 34 points. Following the encounter, the superstar has expressed his deep desire to add more titles to his cabinet.

LeBron James is desperate to hold the NBA Championship again
Statistically and otherwise, there is no doubt that LeBron James wants to become the single greatest player ever. As per latest reports, the 4-time MVP has a fire burning inside him to edge closer to Jordan. Though the Chicago Bulls icon edges out LeBron in terms of average points and titles, the Lakers veteran still aims to change that. While LeBron averages 27 points, Jordan had a phenomenal average of 30.1 points during his time.
