LeBron James Waxes Lyrical of Fellow Klutch Sports Member Anthony Edwards After Impressive Showing

LeBron James and Anthony Edwards have a few things in common. Both have been the number one picks in their NBA drafts while also being represented by Rich Paul’s Klutch Sports. And both were balling it out in the Lakers Tuesday night clash against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The young rookie, Anthony Edwards, produced a career-high 28 points against the Los Angeles Lakers. He also recorded 7 rebounds and 5 assists in their 112-104 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers. It was just another continuation of a strong recent run of form that he has been in since being instated to the starting lineup.
One of the highlights of his performance came in a one-on-one action against LeBron James. He lined up for a three-pointer and hit it over Bron’s head. The Los Angeles Lakers forward was complimentary of his fellow player after the game –

“One, I mean, he is a great kid, first of all. Obviously, we know what he can do with the game of basketball. He showed that tonight, been showing throughout the course of his rookie season so far.”

LeBron James hopes his longevity inspires Anthony Edwards
If Edwards wishes to have a long and successful career, he does not need to look further than LeBron as an example. The ‘Washed Up’ King, into his 18th NBA season, recorded 30 points, 13 rebounds and 7 assists. He wishes that he is an example for up-and-coming players like Edwards.
“Hopefully for me, throughout my career, I inspired the younger generation to want to be a part of this league and want to be great,” LeBron told Lakers reporters.
