Golden State Warriors legend, Stephen Curry, was a star even before he made his way into the NBA. He was one of the top prospects entering the league in 2009 and he instantly made a mark.
Interestingly enough, during his rookie season, Curry had dinner with one of the biggest names in sports during that time. Justin Tuck of the New York Giants met a young Steph Curry, which left the latter mesmerized.
Although Tuck played a huge role when the Giants beat the Panthers, the team Curry supports, the future NBA champ did not mind that. He said, “He told me about the whole Super Bowl experience and what it was like to win a Championship, and the amount of love he received from all his fans and the city of New York.“

Curry added, “Hearing him talk made me want to win so badly, and work hard enough to get to that level one day. Didn’t get to see the Super Bowl ring, but I hear it’s nice!“
Safe to say, the 2 time NFL champion’s words worked wonders as Steph established himself as one of the greatest NBA players ever. He recently won his 4th NBA title similar to legends like LeBron James and Shaquille O’Neal.
