One of the biggest sporting personalities in the world, Tom Brady recently announced his retirement from the NFL. And the world has been talking about him ever since. Eminent analyst Nick Wright has a wild claim. According to him, LeBron James has a career that far outshines the one of Tom Brady.
Talking on the First Things First show, Wright compared the careers of both the athletes before making the claim. Wright then asserts his claim by comparing individual records of both, much to the disbelieve of the other panelists. This is what he had to say.

Analyst claims LeBron has a better career than Tom Brady
Comparing two legends of the game is a tedious task for anyone. And arguably two of the biggest sports personalities in the past decade have been Tom Brady and LeBron James. One has dominated the NFL while the other continues to exert his domination in the NBA.

Eminent analyst Nick Wright has had a lot to say regarding the careers of both of them. He says, “As far as all-time statistical records, I think Brady and LeBron are at a tie.” He later goes on to adds, “LeBron never had a decade-long gap without winning a title. LeBron’s resume to me is clearly the most impressive.”

Wright talks about why he feels LeBron is the better player. According to him, the fact that the team does well because LeBron does well makes him better than Brady.
LeBron James vs Tom Brady
Although the two might have differences, the one thing which unites them is the longevity and the drive to win. Brady was in top form in the NFL even at the age of 44 while LeBron James is still the main man in the Los Angeles Lakers.
It is a tough job to compare two generational talents. As far as titles go, Tom Brady has won far more championships than LeBron. But LeBron has won with 3 different teams and lesser talent around him.

Brady has been to more Super Bowls than all the other franchises in the league combined. Apart from his titles, Brady’s stats are phenomenal too. He has the most playoff touchdown passes (73), most playoff passing yards, and has 5 Super Bowl MVP awards to his name.
LeBron James on the other hand has 4 titles to his name. Along with 17 NBA All-Star appearances, LeBron has 5 MVP awards and 4 finals MVP awards to his name. He averages 27.1 points, 7.4 assists, and 7.4 rebounds in his 19-year long career.
