Among the Lakers roster, Russell Westbrook receives the major chunk of criticisms. His turnovers and decision-making have been the reason why the Lakers have lost some crucial points. With the trade deadline coming up, there are also talks of offloading Westbrook from the roster.
Although Westbrook has been having a terrible season, the hate he is getting is sometimes very unfair. And his latest statements make it very hard for someone to hate him.

How does Westbrook deal with criticism?
A few weeks ago, Russell Westbrook gave us an insight as to how he deals with criticism. Talking to The Athletic, he gave us an idea of what goes on in his mind when he sees criticism.
According to him, ” I get to see my kids, my family, my mom, my dad. To me, that’s more important than anything else.”

Although Russell Westbrook might be having one of his worst seasons, he is not the only problem at the Los Angeles Lakers. The team has been average all season and they still rely on LeBron James and his brilliance. Westbrook averages 18.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 7.8 assists per game.
The biggest worry for the Lakers coaching staff has been Westbrook’s bad decision-making and turnovers in the fourth quarter which have led to the team dropping points despite leading the entire game.
