What a year it has been for Stephen Curry. The human catapult enchanted the NBA universe last season as he led the Golden State Warriors to the ultimate silverware. He spearheaded them to their fourth title in eight years, solidifying his legacy. While painting the Dub Nation in gold, he also eclipsed Ray Allen’s record for the most career three-pointers made.

Despite the NBA season coming to a close, Curry has continued winning. The two-time MVP has been showcasing his swing on the golf course on occasion. In addition to that, he even completed his college degree and was honored by Davidson earlier this month with a mini-graduation, hall of fame induction, and jersey retirement.

The Warriors’ star recently graced the front cover of Rolling Stone Magazine. By doing so, he joins a legendary legacy of three other NBA legends dating back nearly 30 years. He joins Shaquille O’Neal, Dennis Rodman, and Kevin Durant as the only NBA players to have been on the cover of the renowned magazine.

Shaquille O’Neal headlined the front cover in 1993, followed by Dennis Rodman in 1996. Kevin Durant then joined the elite company by featuring on the front cover in 2016. The forward joined the Golden State Warriors only a few months ago when Rolling Stone unveiled its edition featuring the Slip Reaper.

Stephen Curry has now jumped on board. The Rolling Stone released its latest issue, which features a lengthy cover story on the Warriors star titled “Stephen Curry puts it all on the line.”
