The NBA is certainly full of surprises. On one side, Draymond Green’s relationship with the Golden State Warriors appears to be deteriorating, while on the other, fresh links are being attached between Green and LeBron James. Green’s career and reputation have suffered as a result of his clash with Jordan Poole. Now, Lakers supporters appear to be concerned, since Green appears to be a possible trade option for the Lakers in the future.
After attacking Jordan Poole, Green’s relationship with the other Warriors players arguably went downhill. Green, who has been a part of the Golden State Warriors for almost a decade, did not receive a contract extension this year. Poole, on the other hand, was given a four-year contract worth $140 million. However Green will have the ability to become a free agent after the 2022-23 season.

There were other little incidents that fueled speculation about Green’s weakening relationship with the Warriors. A recent incident between LeBron James and Green during the Los Angeles Lakers vs. Golden State Warriors game demonstrated the two’s close relationship.
LeBron James and Draymond Green’s closeness seems to worry fans
LeBron James approached the Warriors’ bench during the third quarter. Draymond Green and the Los Angeles Lakers legend were spotted laughing as they talked. Other Warrior players did not seem amused with the incident. According to a previous report by Stephen A. Smith, Green’s time with the Warriors may be coming to an end, and he will likely wear purple and gold colors in the future.
Another NBA executive spoke about the Lakers’ interest in Green. He said, “They (Los Angeles) like Draymond, LeBron wants Draymond.” Now as the rumors spread about the two, fans seem to be worried. One of the fans said, “stop ruining my team.” NBA Central posted an article from Lakers Daily on Twitter. And the fans came forward with their views.

It cannot be denied, however, that Green played a very important role in the Golden State Warriors‘ triumph last season. And he has been a constant performer for the franchise, helping them to four titles in the past eight years alongside Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.
