Novak Djokovic, a self-proclaimed basketball enthusiast, openly expressed his support for Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets in the NBA Finals, stating, “Go Jokic, go Denver all the way. I really like Jimmy Butler, I think he’s a great guy. I admire him a lot. I’m a big basketball fan. I know he’s been coming to watch some of the tennis tournaments in the States.”  Djokovic’s preference for Jokic winning his first championship ring, however, might cause some disappointment for Coco Gauff, as she shares a respectful relationship with Jimmy Butler.
