Taylor Swift’s New Dubstep Era at MTV VMAs Takes Shaquille O’Neal’s DJ Avatar and Thousands by Storm

The VMAs 2023 just concluded, and Taylor Swift showed once again why she is the queen of the music industry. She took home 9 awards in a single night, tying Beyonce’s record in the process. Taylor won 6 awards just for her song Anti-Hero. Taylor Swift was sitting next to Ice Spice. They both put out the song ‘Karma’ which did extremely well in the charts.

The Los Angeles Lakers legend, Shaquille O’Neal, has been making waves in the music industry himself as he has been consistently putting on top-tier shows. It’s not long before we get to see DJ Diesel at these award shows.

Shaq hopes to gain a new fan

During the VMAs, various celebrities took the stage to perform, and the crowd had a blast. Along with the crowd, throughout the night, Taylor was also seen dancing and celebrating with her friends. Shaq noticed the Blank Space singer vibing to various songs.

DJ Diesel shared this hilarious video of Taylor head-banging at the VMAs on Instagram. The video was captioned, “Taylor Swift entering the dubstep era in 2023 was not on my 2023 bingo card.”  The video has a dubstep version of Taylor’s Anti-Hero playing in the background. Shaq shared this, and with his DJ persona coming out more and more every day, he might be hoping to have a new fan.

Shaq has said in interviews that he puts on shows not for the money but to give people a good experience. He has said that he makes no money from his music career. But he loves seeing people bob their heads and have a blast at his shows. With his new album, GORILLA WARFARE, it’s possible we’ll see the big man on stage soon in front of other celebrities and maybe even put on a show for Taylor Swift.

Shaquille O’Neal’s rise in the music industry

Shaq first showed his talent for music in the 1990s after making it to the league. Even though The Big Aristotle is now getting more recognition for his DJing skills, people have yet to realize Shaq’s ability to rap. But Shaq is not keeping his talents hidden any longer, as he released a song with the rap duo Coyote, in which he is rapping. The song is titled ‘3 Lokos’, which means 3 places.

Shaq has already made it known that he is losing money by doing shows. But he is doing it simply because of his passion for music. Shaq has released four albums in the 1990s.
