When two of the best players in the league fight hard and win the championship under difficult surroundings, they deserve more than a break. But Los Angeles Lakers superstars LeBron James and Anthony Davis aren’t treated to that pleasure, but they’re making the most out of what they got! 

The Lakers are getting ready for the pre-season and the reigning champions are working long and hard for the repeat. They’re the major victims of the shortest NBA offseason in history, but the team is back and ready to grind. 

Training days can get heavy and muscles become sore after intense pickups and workouts. When players like LeBron James and Anthony Davis finish training, they require ice baths, but the locations may vary! 

31-year-old Marikeff Morris spotted a pair of twins taking an ice bath in a parking lot of all places. It happened to be LBJ and AD and they were caught sitting calmly, paying undivided attention to their phones. 

LeBron and AD were utterly dominating in the 2020 playoffs and they set to a massive record. They both scored 25 points and shot 50% from the field in seven different games which is the most ever by a duo in single-post season history.

LeBron James picks Lakers teammate Anthony Davis over Kyrie Irving? 

LeBron with Kyrie in Cleveland was a dream run, and the duo won a championship together, a historic one. Irving certainly ranks as one of LBJ’s best teammates along with D-Wade, of course! 

Now, there’s always a debate if Anthony Davis is better than Kyrie, possibly as a teammate. LeBron finally gave his take on the question in a recent appearance on the Road Trippin’ podcast. Here’s what the 4x MVP said:

“You know we talk about Kyrie [Irving] as far as how gifted. AD is even probably more gifted than Kyrie in the sense of you add seven-eight more inches of height. His ability to dribble, shoot, three pointers. mid-range, low post. His defensive prowess is uncanny,” James said.

James and Davis enjoyed a tremendous season together as teammates. They completed their championship quest as early as their first season together, and the talented athletes are hungry for more!

The camaraderie at the Lakers camp seems stronger than ever, and valuable offseason additions have made them a tougher force to reckon with. LeBron and AD deciding to extend their contracts is a huge boost for the team and a repeat is certainly on the cards for the purple and gold.
