What would become “Episode 4” would be one of the very exciting days for his professional and personal career. The camera fades into the Detroit Lions receiver driving the car on his way to pick up his girlfriend, Brooklyn Amas, a nursing school student. Amon-Ra heard his name pronounced wrong in public, so what did he do? He clears the air on camera!

“See? You Hear? Amon-Ra. That’s how you say it,” said St. Brown, talking to his girlfriend. They’re going to be thinking that. “What is she calling him? Huh. Almond?” said the receiver as he acted confused and the camera jumped to him, telling his story. But before his girlfriend hilariously called him “Almond Rod.”

And so, he learned about the history of the Egyptian Sun Gods, or the Egyptian Gods, I should say. And he really loved the name “Amon-Ra.”

So the A’s don’t stretch out people. It’s counterproductive to talk about the phonetics of words over an internet article. Everybody has a different pronunciation of his name in their heads. Watching the Netflix piece might help out in this case. But speaking about his father, his influence went way beyond just naming him.
