Retired NFL superstar Shaun Alexander and his wife, Valerie, are about to have a new addition to their family, their 14th child! The former Seattle Seahawks running back, who won the NFL MVP award in 2005, recently shared the heartwarming news, sparking excitement and curiosity among fans.

Alexander married his wife, Valerie, in 2002. That very year, they welcomed their first child together, whom they named Heaven Alexander, and since then, Sahun has always been a dedicated dad. The couple went on to have 12 more children. He shared with Kay Adams on Thursday that he even created a homeschool co-op for his own kids and other families in his neighborhood.

“We have had 10 girls, three boys,” he said. “My oldest son, the fourth overall, is a sophomore in high school.” He said the 14th child’s gender is yet to be determined.
