In the middle of a work trip packed with ESPN duties and bright lights, Troy Aikman didn’t tag the broadcast booth as the reason behind his time in New York! Instead, it was a family night out with his daughter, Jordan, at Manhattan’s ultra-exclusive Flyfish Club. The three-time Super Bowl champ, Hall of Famer, and the Monday Night Football voice, took to wind down on a dinner date with his daughter. And, amidst this, the Dallas Cowboys legend didn’t forget to thank the employees for the showdown.
The HoF quarterback turned broadcaster took to Instagram to share a heartfelt story. Spending time with his daughter, Jordan Ashley Aikman, he captioned it, “Work brought me to NYC for ESPN… but the real highlight was time with my daughter Jordan.”
The father-daughter duo dined at the Flyfish Club in Manhattan’s Lower East Side. It is a members-only culinary hotspot that is backed by the VCR Group. There’s more to it. It is known for blending high-end dining with Web3 innovation.

Aikman publicly thanked celebrity chef Josh Capon in his story, as he wrote, “Thank you Capon, amazing!” Inside Flyfish, it’s not just food, it’s curated experiences, private lounges, omakase counters, and culinary delights, which is indeed the courtesy of Josh Capon. So, he didn’t fail to give Capon a heartfelt shoutout.
The 11,000-square-foot fortress of fine dining in the Lower East Side was quite exclusive, allowing Troy Aikman to enjoy some quality time with Jordan. Even his daughter Jordan has built a solid portfolio of her own.
Being a strategic communications major at Washington and Lee University and VP of operations for Kappa Kappa Gamma, she is carving her own path. She has also interned with SportFive, co-founded the W&L Fintech Club, and helped lead Teens United in Dallas. She graduated from The Episcopal School of Dallas in 2020, and Aikman never fails to admire the lovely woman she has grown into.
