Later in March, his widow Kalabrya Haskins filed a lawsuit which revealed the dump truck was overweight and being operated carelessly. However, further probing into the case revealed that Haskins was reportedly ‘drugged for the intention of robbing and extorted’, per Marca, before the accident unfolded westbound on Interstate 595 in Florida around 6:30 a.m.
