The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady on Netflix became one of the Top 10 most-watched shows of the week in a single day garnering 2 million views. After all, the content of the roast is filled with extreme shots of hilarity from celebrities ranging from Kevin Hart and Tom Brady to Nikki Glaser and Jeff Ross. But it looks like not everyone is happy with what went down onstage on Sunday night. 

The nature of a roast usually targets the public life of the subject and there was no denying that ex-wife Gisele Bündchen would be a mandatory roast topic for Tom Brady. But the roasts went off limits and the retired NFL GOAT reportedly apologized to the Brazilian supermodel after the event’s conclusion. 

Tom Brady reached out to Gisele Bündchen with an apology

Gisele Bündchen had previously mentioned that she wants to keep her new relationship with her jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente low-key and out of public scrutiny. But the happenings at the roast event did little to acknowledge her wishes as savage attacks came on one after the other. According to a report by Us Weekly, “[Bündchen] is definitely offended and upset about the comments made at the roast… She thinks her new relationship should have been off-limits. Tom did reach out to Gisele to apologize to her.” 

Several people attacked her including host Kevin Hart who made the most brutal comments. The 2023 Primetime Emmy Awards nominee said, “Gisele. She f**ked that karate man… Eight f**king karate classes a day… The only bruises she had were on her a**. Everybody should have known it.” And this isn’t the only comment made about Bündchen.

Comedian Jeff Ross also made a comment on Tom Brady, Gisele Bündchen, and Joaquim Valente. He said, “With so many rings, [Brady] could melt them down and forge a sword to go on a quest to get Gisele back from that jiu-jitsu teacher.” Nikki Glaser also made a savage comment saying, “Your ex-wife’s new boyfriend can beat your ass while eating hers.” She also roasted Brady by saying, “You have seven rings. Well, eight now that Gisele gave hers back.”

Tom Brady didn’t make it any easier either as he ended the roast with a sentence that went “There have been a lot of jokes tonight but I miss the love of my life… Football” which is ironically the reason for their ultimate divorce in the first place.
