WWE giant Roman Reigns seems to have found the most loyal fan. It is none other than the former football punter Pat McAfee. For some time now, McAfee has been spreading colors as a wrestling color commentator and sports analyst.

Now, it is time for him to shout out to Reigns, sharing live footage from WrestleMania 40, as he calls the wrestler, “He is our tribal chief” in his latest X post. The tweet follows the WWE Universal Champion’s appearance on McAfee’s live in-studio show on March 22.

Pat McAfee is all praise of Reigns

McAfee could not hold his enthusiasm and took to X to express his admiration for Reigns. Regarding the WWE star, the avid follower of boxing, McAfee wrote, “ROMAN REIGNS IS ADDICTED TO GREATNESS HE IS OUR TRIBAL CHIEF ACKNOWLEDGE OUR TRIBAL CHIEF.” Hosted at the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, the sports analyst was in attendance.

Sharing live video footage, Reigns is seen in the boxing ring with the most anticipated Dwayne’ The Rock’ Johnson. The legendary duo made an anticipated return to the ring to team up against Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins. As found in the video, Reigns walks down the ramp while his villainy personality of Tribal Chief walks hand-in-hand.

Drawing inspiration from Marlon Brando in Apocalypse Now, Reigns continued to dominate Rollins, exhibiting his violence and charge on the rink. This led McAfee to announce his supremacy out there on social media. Bringing his idol to his show a few days back was a dream.

Days before the interview, McAfee took to X to hint at Reigns’ entry on his show. Ultimately, the Tribal Chief entered the popular The Pat McAfee Show as a guest. Expressing his fear of losing the legacy he has made for himself, Reigns confessed to McAfee, “Once you reach goals, enjoy the dream. This is what you have been working for. That’s exactly what I’m doing. For me, I don’t want this to ever end. I don’t want this dream to end. I don’t want to wake up, so I do everything I have to do to maintain this position.”

During the show, Reigns disclosed an unknown fact to McAfee. The WWE star confessed that he was on oral chemotherapy medication and will continue to be on the medication for the rest of his life. Back in 2007, at the age of 22, he was diagnosed with leukemia.
