Jim Harbaugh had officially become a Chargers man! Sure enough, the revamped-looking WR room is proof enough of that. The Chargers went from an over-spending team, with no semblance of a head coach who could guide, and a sore losing record to a team that dreams about winning the Super Bowl. And that too after being in the same conference as the dominating NFL powerhouse, the Chiefs. All thanks to the energy Jim Harbaugh has brought in, the same energy that pushed the pressure mounting from the sign-stealing farce aside, leading his previous team Michigan straight to the National Championship.

Jim Harbaugh brings everything the Chargers need from a head coach to the table. Motivation, zeal, plan, experience, and most importantly, the determination to reach the goal. When it is 52 players that he has to supply all this determination to, Harbaugh should himself be constantly overflowing with it. Looking at his commitment to the team, Harbaugh seems to have enough determination to get his team through.

“At 3:34 in the morning woke up, stared straight to the ceiling, and said to myself, ‘It’s not just another day, it’s today. Maybe, it’s just another way of saying, attack this day with enthusiasm unknown to mankind’ but it was great,” Harbaugh confessed in his Chargers press conference. The Los Angeles head coach seems pretty set on his track to help out his players, even going above and beyond to bond with his players.

Jim Harbaugh’s kind-hearted gesture toward player
Second-year L.A. linebacker Daiyan Henley decided to do something out of the box during his Twitch Livestream: to call Jim Harbaugh in the middle of the night, that too on the night of the Tom Brady roast. Henley, however, thought Harbaugh would be fast asleep on a Sunday night, which he warned his Twitch streamers about. “Because Jim an old dude, he might be sleeping,” Henley said. As he expected, Harbaugh did not answer the call. “He didn’t even answer,” Hanley said with pursed lips.
What was unexpected, however, was that Harbaugh called him back while he was attending the Tom Brady roast. Despite attending a special event, Harbaugh took special time to call back his player, proving his commitment to the Chargers. They exchanged a few greetings and after greeting Hanley’s Twitch audience as well, before returning to the roast. “My coach is cooler than yours!” Hanley said proudly.
