The 2022 season is halfway, and it’s time for Odell Beckham Jr. to wear his cleats. The reigning Super Bowl champion had been drawing interest from several franchises, and the most recent one came from Jerry Jones of the Cowboys.

The 29-year-old is currently recovering from his torn ACL that he incurred in the Super Bowl game last season. No doubt, the veteran happens to be a hot prospect for every other team in the league, and they will be trying their best to include this talent eying for a Super Bowl run.

Certainly, he shall prove to be a Trump card, and the Cowboys have started showing early interest by praising the star. While speaking in a recent interview, Jones vocalized his admiration for the veteran. He claimed to be a fan of his catches.

 

“He made the greatest catch I’ve seen, other than the one Dez Bryant made for the touchdown against Green Bay,” the Billionaire said. “Bottom line is, Odell is a player that I admire a lot,” he added to his explanation.

Meanwhile, Dak Prescott, who was sidelined due to a thumb injury is preparing to get back onto the field. Also, the Cowboys are in the run to get better off the Eagles in the NFC East. Thus OBJ’s inclusion will help the franchise bolster its receiver corps and the offensive unit.

After an ugly exit from the Browns’ locker room last year, the Rams signed the veteran for the second half of the season. He played a pivotal role in their Super Bowl victory. OBJ registered 27 catches for 305 yards in the last eight games of the regular season and recorded two more touchdowns in the postseason.

Ever since the 2022 season began, OBJ has remained to be a hot subject of discussion in the NFL world. His former teammate Von Miller was busy recruiting him online and rolled over several analyses on his probable landing spots.

Per reports, the Rams are the front-runners to acquire the champ, especially after they have reserved a locker for OBJ. New York Giants happen to be his next potential spot that can help better their season record. However, the probability of this happening is quite small.

While the Cowboys are already on the list, he might also join Lamar Jackson’s squad. They are already thriving with a record of 5-3. The Bills and Kansas City are the most favorable choices. It will be interesting to see how the three-time Pro Bowler chooses in the coming days.
