The owner of the Indianapolis Colts is still trying to find a new head coach for his team. He hired Jeff Saturday as the interim head coach after firing Frank Reich after Week 9 of the regular season. Jim Irsay had known Jeff since he played as the center for the team. But the businessman is still in search of a permanent head coach. However, the interviewing process is getting weirder and more complicated each day.

This is the second time that the 63-year-old made an interviewee uncomfortable. Before it, the Las Vegas Raiders former coach’s wife stopped her husband from pursuing a job offer from Irsay because he allegedly spent too much of his time in their home bathroom during his visit.

When Jeff Saturday was hired, it failed to make the Colts fandom or the NFL world happy. They thought that the former Colts star got the job because of his ties with the owner. Also, he does not have experience in coaching in the league. Along with that, in the eight games he coached, the Colts did not show any significant results. They were 1-7 under him. They lost seven games consequently and ended their season. Therefore, it will be interesting to see if Irsay could find a new guy by following his marathon 12-hour interview technique.
