Rob Gronkowski recently announced his retirement from the NFL for the second time. He is arguably the best tight end to ever play the game. Gronk had a legendary career and is a four-time Super Bowl champion.

Three of those Super Bowl rings were won by him when he was with the New England Patriots. During that time, Gronk and the Patriots always got the better of the Buffalo Bills. Bills fans despise the Patriots because they kept dominating their division for the last two decades.

The home of the Buffalo Bills is familiar territory for Rob Gronkowski. He grew up in the Buffalo suburb of Williamsville and played football there until he graduated from high school before leaving for college. He recently visited Buffalo for a business matter. Even though the Bills fans aren’t fond of Patriots players, Gronk received a pleasant welcome.

Gronk, and his brothers, raised money for the local charity Friends of Carly. While talking about it, the 4-time SB Champ said, “This one is special because it hasn’t gone on in two or three years now. Everyone is pumped up for it. My high school buddies, they’re are all pumped up.”
