Life coach Greg Harden’s motivational book is just one month away from its release. Titled, “Stay Sane in an Insane World: How to Control the Controllables and Thrive”, the book comprises Harden’s valuable lessons. Interestingly, Brady penned down a heartfelt foreword for his longtime mentor. In the foreword, Tom Tampa wrote: “What I learned from Greg is still a part of who I am today.” The foreword conveys how Harden helped Brady find the perseverance to become one of the greatest athletes ever.
The book includes Harden’s indispensable lessons and tools necessary for “real-life changes” in life. The 45-year-old NFL star’s foreword comes as a great deal for the fate of this book. It also narrates the fond relationship Brady continues to share with his life coach.

In a previous interview with People, he mentioned how Brady wrote the foreword in three days and blew everyone’s mind, adding, “For him to still, after all these years, be willing to give me any credit for what the foundation was, it’s humbling. The foundation was him training himself to give 100%, 100% of the time, training himself to trust and believe.”
