Life coach Greg Harden’s motivational book is just one month away from its release. Titled, “Stay Sane in an Insane World: How to Control the Controllables and Thrive”, the book comprises Harden’s valuable lessons. Famed mystery writer Steve Hamilton (contributor to Harden’s book) recently shared more details about the book in a tweet:

Interestingly, Brady penned down a heartfelt foreword for his longtime mentor. In the foreword, Tom Tampa wrote: “What I learned from Greg is still a part of who I am today.” The foreword conveys how Harden helped Brady find the perseverance to become one of the greatest athletes ever.

The book includes Harden’s indispensable lessons and tools necessary for “real-life changes” in life. The 45-year-old NFL star’s foreword comes as a great deal for the fate of this book. It also narrates the fond relationship Brady continues to share with his life coach.
