The Colorado Buffaloes are on the path to proving all their naysayers wrong this season. Their wins of the season are enough to speak for themselves. But most importantly, the credit goes to the Deion Sanders effect. Their wins over No. 17 TCU and Nebraska have put them into the national spotlight, securing a spot in the prestigious Top 25 rankings within just two weeks of the season.
The head coach of Colorado took a stab at coach prime recently on a local radio show. Responding to these comments, Deion Sanders has made an appearance on the Pat McAfee show on September 16th. McAfee and Sanders both had mutual feelings over this whole jab.

Coach Prime’s reply to recent slander
McAfee voiced his support to Coach Prime against the slander made by Jay Norvell. He sympathized with Sanders by saying, “As a person who didn’t do things as the mold is supposed to be done.” He continued to indirectly address the dig made by Colorado’s head coach, remarking, “How other people’s mamas taught them to do things.” His remarks made it clear that he is siding with Sanders on this banter.
The famous sports anchor spoke in favor of him by saying, “I don’t think any of that matters if you treat people well, and you are a man of honor and you are loyal and you take care of people.” He emphasized that one’s character is of utmost importance. He also added, “How you dress, how you act, is really just a façade if you’re not actually a good person.“

Addressing the rift with Jay Norvell, Sanders initially acknowledged their positive relationship, saying, “he’s another brother.” However, in this situation, Sanders was thrown aback and questioned, “What happened? Who got to him?” He also asserted, “If I had to talk to him, I could, and I’m pretty darn good at it,” although he does not want to go in that direction and has more important things to focus on.
Sanders claims “The team is ready!”
Deion Sanders shared that his team has earned $18 million in just two weeks of the season. This impressive figure stands as a testament to Coach Prime’s leadership that he’s brought to the Colorado Buffaloes. Sanders addressed his optimism for the team’s potential. As he stated, “This team hasn’t even scratched the surface of what it’s capable of doing,” expressing his confidence in the team’s untapped potential.
