The NFL is an intense sport with heavy hits and blows. Apart from the physicality, the fans have also witnessed some verbal banters in modern history. The QBs have often dealt with such situations and can handle them like a pro. Aaron Rodgers recently encountered such a question, but he dealt with it while referencing a classic exchange from an American film.

The Packers QB appeared guest at the Pat McAfee Show. He donned a shaven look that took the show panelists by surprise. The former NFL Punter asked Aaron Rodgers if he experienced some competitive banter and how does he handle it. Safe to say, A-Rod loves it and is a master at tackling banters.

Rodgers is coming off some tragic losses this year. He is hopeful of pulling the switch in the upcoming clash with their divisional nemesis, the Detroit Lions.

Were Green Bay in the run for a trade ahead of the deadline?

Aaron Rodgers has failed to deliver this season. The Packers are standing 3-5 with back-to-back losses. It is a difficult time for the franchise who have a receivers issue. Allen Lazard, Sammy Watkins, and Christian Watson are dealing with injuries, and it looked like the perfect time for a WR trade. While they did not make a splash before the trade deadline, they were in the run for a wideout.

Green Bay was a contender for Steelers WR Chase Claypool. As per Tom Silverstein, the Packers offered the Steelers the same proposal. Although both teams are currently 3-5, Pittsburgh looked more optimistic that the Bears would wrap up with a higher draft position in 2023.
