Terrell Owens is one of the greatest players of all time. The former wide receiver is considered the greatest player to run down the wings.
Despite him never winning a Super Bowl in his career, Owens revolutionized the sport of football. In 2018, Moss was enshrined in football history when he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Terrell Owens was a guest on Speak for Yourself. When asked about any advice he had for players ahead of this weekend’s Super Bowl, he shared some real nuggets of wisdom.

He believes that the younger players will feel some major nerves going into the game. But as they settle into the stage, things will become more normal.
“It’s just those pre-game jitters. Even if you’re a rookie, you’re getting ready for your first game. You’re excited, there’s a lot of anxiety and you guys have played the game.
“Once that whistle is blown, you kind of get that first little initial contact, a little hit tackle, whatever the case may be.”
Terrell Owens says the Super Bowl is very stressful
However, Owens noted that the Super Bowl is the final stage for all players. There is little chance to make any kind of mistake. It is a high-pressure situation, and the entire regular season is just a build-up for them to correct their mistakes and fix the flaws in their game.
He added, “Then it’s just like another game, but obviously the stakes are a lot higher because everybody is watching. This is where all that preparation goes into play, to be honest.
“Because there’s no room for error. All the things that you’ve fine-tuned and the mistakes that you’ve made throughout the course of the season, this is where you can’t make those mistakes.”
Owens added that the Super Bowl is just one game, unlike the finals in the NBA or MLB. He said that the players must focus on accomplishing their goals.

All they can do in the end is give their highest effort in the game and play at the highest level possible along with their team.
“Because this not like a best-of series like baseball or basketball. This is one game, this is win or go home so, you have to just go in there with your best foot forward, understanding your techniques and everything as far as your positions are concerned. Just go out there and play your best brand of football. Not only personally but as a team.”
Who will win the Super Bowl this season? The game is highly anticipated for the clash between the star quarterbacks Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes.
