Speaking to The Mirror, the eight-time Olympic gold medallist finally broke his silence on the story behind the names. As it turns out, it was more of a stipulation involving his partner Kasi Bennett than an actual story.

?The rule was, when we were expecting Olympia, that if we had a girl Kasi got to name her,? he explained. ?And if a boy, I got to name them. So that?s how it worked out.?

Usain Bolt revealed why he kept the second pregnancy a secret

?People always want to ask questions or want to come over and hang out,? he said. ?The last time, people were like, ?Oh my God? and all over her on social media. And she just wanted to have a quiet pregnancy.?

The absence of the unneeded attention made the experience stress free for Bennett, and Bolt does not regret his course of action. However, he does admit that tending to three children is much harder than running his 100m world record.?

?When they start crying all together, it?s like pandemonium. You don?t know what to do. So it?s difficult but it?s so worth it,? he said.?
